From the very beginning of human history, one thing has always been necessary in order to please God:  faith.  Abel reminds us that God is pleased with sacrificial giving when it comes from faith.  Enoch reminds us that God is pleased when we seek to walk with Him by faith.

Early Church History Seminar

American Sign Language Classes

American sign language classes Wednesdays, February 27- May 1 from 6-7:30pm in the Atrium. For families with children who are deaf/hard of hearing (DHH), or with special needs; or those wanting to minister to our deaf community. Learn basic conversational skills, deaf culture and ediquette. Children's programming provided. Contact Charlene at canderson@fbcmi.com for information.

Israel Study Tour Info Meeting

February 17 at 5pm in the Magnolia Room. Plans are being made for a 'trip of a lifetime' to the Holy Land. This disciple-making tour us planned for May 2020. This meeting is your first step in discovering more information. If you have additional questions, contact Carey at cdean@fbcmi.com.

Boomer University - Alzheimer's 

February 19 from 7-8:30 pm in 300 Magnolia Ave. Tanya Thompson will be speaking representing the Alzheimer's Association. She will be covering important identification, care and research information as well as Alzheimer's Association resources.

BBQ Lunch Fundraiser

February 17 after the service until 1pm at the Firehouse. Firehouse will be serving slow-smoked chicken, ribs and pulled pork, baked beans, slaw, roll and a drink. Proceeds help students at Firehouse go on mission trips and retreats.

 
 
Super Senior Luncheon

Share the Love on February 12 at 10:30am in the Gym. Guest speaker in Pastor Mark Lewis. Lunch is family style fried chicken. 

Kids Praise & Wee Praisers

Wednesday Night Dinner

4:45-6pm in the Atrium. Call the church office Mondays to reserve for that week. $6/adults, $3.50/children, $20/family max. Beef 'O' Brady's Montana chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli or salad options: garden, taco or apple pecan.

Tune It Up!

February 13 at 5:30pm at the Firehouse. Register your act on the Firehouse app. Bring lots of friends because there's a $300 prize for the first place winner. Make sure they have the Firehouse app so that they can vote for you! Parents are welcome to join.
